Account deletion

Delete your account.

Aubstrac users can delete their account after active payment, Digital Gold/Silver, payout, redemption, fraud, tax, partner, and compliance obligations are resolved. Deletion closes app access permanently and removes identity from normal app use, while transaction, KYC, invoice, payout, audit, tax, legal, partner, and regulatory records are retained where Aubstrac or its partners are required to keep them.

Request

How to delete your account

Use either method:

  • In the Aubstrac app, open Account, then Settings, then Delete account.
  • The in-app checklist shows whether Gold, Silver, payout, redemption, payment, and hold checks are complete.
  • When the checklist is complete, accept the deletion acknowledgement and confirm Delete account.
  • Email hello@ravoraapps.tech with the subject "Delete my Aubstrac account".

Eligibility

Before deletion can be processed

Account deletion is available only after you complete the required user-side settlement steps. Aubstrac cannot delete an account while it still has unresolved money-state, partner, or compliance obligations.

  • Sell confirmed Gold/Silver to your verified bank account or redeem eligible products where redemption is available.
  • Wait until Digital Gold/Silver execution, sale-back proceeds, payouts, redemption, payment settlement, and related reconciliation are final.
  • Resolve any fraud, dispute, chargeback, tax, audit, legal, partner, or compliance hold.
  • Then use the in-app Delete account checklist or email the deletion request details listed on this page.

Deletion cannot be processed while you have confirmed Gold/Silver holdings, queued or processing Gold/Silver buys, pending sell-to-bank transactions, pending payouts, active redemption orders, or unresolved payment, refund, chargeback, dispute, fraud, tax, KYC, or compliance records.

No Aubstrac wallet or stored cash balance is created for customer funds or sale-back proceeds.

Aubstrac will not manually settle, transfer, bypass, liquidate, or close Gold/Silver positions to make an account eligible for deletion. You must complete the available in-app sell, redeem, payout, and settlement flows first.

After deletion

What happens after deletion

  • Your account cannot be restored.
  • The same phone number or PAN cannot self-serve create another Aubstrac account for 90 days.
  • After 90 days, a new account can be created only through fresh registration and fresh KYC where required.
  • Old Digital Gold/Silver partner records may remain with Augmont or other partners where retention is required.
  • Fraud, dispute, legal, partner, tax, audit, or regulatory holds may require a longer restriction.

If you email support, include your registered phone number, Aubstrac ID if visible, reply email address, and whether you want account deletion, support-data deletion, or correction of specific data. Do not include OTPs, passwords, card details, full bank account numbers, or full identity documents.

Deleted

Data we aim to delete or deactivate

After the checklist and acknowledgement are complete, we close app access and delete, deactivate, or anonymize account data that is no longer required to provide the service or meet retention obligations. This can include profile records, support notes that are no longer needed, app-access state, notification device state, and non-required operational data.

Transactional records

Transactional records are retained where required

Deleting your Aubstrac account does not delete transaction, KYC, invoice, payout, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, partner, or regulatory records where Aubstrac or its partners are required to retain them. These records are restricted after deletion and are not used to provide normal account access.

Digital Gold/Silver partner records may remain with Augmont or other partners where required for transaction, KYC, invoice, payout, audit, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.

Retained

Data that may need to be retained

Payment, Digital Gold/Silver, KYC, invoice, verified bank payout, support, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, partner, and legal compliance records may need to be retained after an account deletion request. If retained, they are restricted to the required legal, tax, payment, fraud, dispute, partner, audit, regulatory, or compliance purpose and are not used to provide normal account access.
