Reward status
A reward can show as queued or processing for a short while. It becomes confirmed gold or silver only after our partner confirms it. Prices, taxes, KYC, availability and fraud or bank checks can all affect the status you see.
Key terms
- Prices are live partner prices and can change before a purchase completes.
- A reward is not confirmed gold or silver until our partner confirms it.
- Confirmed buys, sales and redemptions can't be cancelled.
- Selling needs approved KYC, a verified bank account and our fraud checks. Support can't bypass these.
- If a payout fails, contact support and we'll help resolve it.
- We don't guarantee any gold or silver price, reward value, return, liquidity, availability or settlement time.

Questions
Can I sell my gold or silver?
Yes, once your KYC is approved and our checks are complete. Proceeds are paid only to your verified bank account. We don't keep a wallet or stored cash balance for you.
When do I need KYC?
KYC is needed by law and by our partner's rules, for example when you buy directly, sell or redeem. The app shows your current KYC status.
Where are my invoices?
Completed transactions, with their invoices and history, are on the gold and silver screens in the app.
Can I redeem physical gold or silver?
For selected coins and bars in the app. Charges apply, and once an order is placed it can't be cancelled.
