How Aubstrac handles data.
This policy explains the data handled by Aubstrac mobile apps, websites, merchant tools, payment flows, support channels, and Digital Gold partner integrations.

Aubstrac is operated by Ravora Apps (OPC) Private Limited, India. In this policy, "Aubstrac", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Ravora Apps (OPC) Private Limited and the Aubstrac product surfaces it operates.

Data
Data we collect or process
Depending on how you use Aubstrac, we may process these categories of data:
- Account and authentication data, including phone number, login status, and Aubstrac ID.
- Contact information you provide for support, merchant onboarding, or operational follow-up.
- Merchant, outlet, payment request, transaction, reward, invoice, and settlement records.
- Digital Gold flow data, including KYC status, partner customer identifiers, trades, invoices, sell-back, and redemption records.
- Bank account details needed for sell-back payout, stored encrypted where required and displayed in masked form where practical.
- Approximate or precise location-related information when needed for map, venue, route, or outlet discovery features.
- Device, app, diagnostics, logs, crash, security, and fraud-prevention information.
- Messages, categories, and notes submitted through support, account deletion, and merchant onboarding forms.
Use
How we use data
We use data to operate, secure, support, and improve Aubstrac. This includes:
- Creating and authenticating accounts.
- Showing merchants, payment requests, eligible rewards, Digital Gold status, invoices, and support history.
- Processing payments, settlement, reconciliation, reward attribution, KYC, sell-back to verified bank account, redemption, and related partner workflows.
- Aubstrac does not create a wallet or stored cash balance for customer funds or sale-back proceeds.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, duplicate execution, unauthorized access, and payment or reward misuse.
- Providing customer, merchant, compliance, and operational support.
- Maintaining audit records required for payment, tax, fraud, dispute, partner, legal, or regulatory reasons.
- Monitoring reliability, diagnosing errors, and improving app performance.
Sharing
Who data may be shared with
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only where needed to provide, secure, support, or comply with the Aubstrac service.
- Payment providers and banking/payout partners for payment, bank-account verification, settlement, refunds, and reconciliation.
- Digital Gold and KYC partners, including Augmont Goldtech Private Limited, where you use Digital Gold features.
- Approved merchants, limited to information needed for payment request, attribution, support, and settlement workflows.
- Cloud, hosting, analytics, monitoring, notification, email, and security service providers that process data on our behalf.
- Legal, regulatory, law enforcement, tax, audit, or dispute-resolution parties where required or appropriate.
Security
How we protect data
Aubstrac protects data using authenticated access controls, HTTPS for supported public surfaces, encryption or hashing for sensitive records where appropriate, masked display for bank and contact data, rate limits on abuse-sensitive flows, audit logging, restricted operational access, and monitoring for reliability and security events. Payment, KYC, bank-account, and Digital Gold workflows are designed to limit unnecessary exposure of sensitive information.
Retention
Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the service, support, security, legal, accounting, tax, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, and partner reconciliation purposes described in this policy.
Account deletion can be processed only after Digital Gold/Silver holdings, queued buys, sell-to-bank transactions, payouts, redemption orders, and other active money-state obligations are fully resolved. The canonical deletion process is explained on the account deletion page.
Deleting your Aubstrac account does not delete transaction, KYC, invoice, payout, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, partner, or regulatory records where Aubstrac or its partners are required to retain them. Where we cannot delete a record immediately, retained records are restricted after deletion and are not used to provide normal account access.
Choices
Your choices
- You can choose not to provide optional support or merchant onboarding information.
- You can revoke device permissions such as location or notifications through your device settings.
- You can request access or correction of your data, deletion of support data that is no longer required, or account deletion through the account deletion process.
- You can stop using Aubstrac and delete your account where the law and required retention obligations allow it.
Aubstrac is not directed to children. Do not use Aubstrac if you are not old enough to form a binding contract or use payment and Digital Gold services under applicable law.
