Where to get help.
Use Aubstrac support for account, payment-status, reward-status, Digital Gold, app-access, and merchant dashboard issues. Ordinary merchant service or bill issues should start with the merchant.

Email hello@ravoraapps.tech. Include your Aubstrac ID, registered phone number, transaction or payment request reference if available, and a clear description of the issue.
Do not send full bank account numbers, OTPs, passwords, card details, or full identity documents by email.
In-app
Support inside the app
In the Aubstrac app, open Account, then Settings, then Support. Choose a reason, submit an email address and note, and avoid sending secrets. This is the preferred route for account-linked support because it attaches the request to the authenticated app context.
For account deletion, open Account, then Settings, then Delete account. The app shows a live eligibility checklist; support cannot manually settle, liquidate, or bypass unresolved Gold/Silver, payout, redemption, payment, fraud, tax, audit, legal, partner, or compliance checks.

Aubstrac support
Login, app access, account deletion requests, payment status, reward status, Digital Gold execution, invoices, and merchant dashboard access.
Merchant support
Bill amount, product or service quality, ordinary merchant refunds, order issues, and outlet-specific service disputes.
Partner processing
Payment, banking, KYC, and Digital Gold partner systems can affect timing and final status.
Security
Report suspected unauthorized access, suspicious payment activity, or incorrect account data immediately.
Deletion
Account and data deletion
Account deletion instructions are available at /account-deletion. Completed deletion cannot be restored, and the same phone or PAN cannot self-serve create another Aubstrac account for 90 days.
Support cannot bypass Gold/Silver settlement, payout, partner, KYC, tax, audit, legal, regulatory, fraud, dispute, or retention requirements. Transactional records may remain retained where Aubstrac or its partners are required to keep them.
